As Financial Advisor to the City of Winter Garden, Florida (“City”), PFM Financial Advisors LLC (“PFM” or “Financial Advisor”) is seeking proposals on behalf of the City to provide a fixed rate, tax-exempt, non-bank qualified term loan at the lowest overall borrowing cost, pursuant to certain conditions as determined by the City.   The City’s Sales Tax Revenue Bond, Series 2021 (the “Series 2021 Bond”) will be a direct loan and the City is not preparing any disclosure documents to facilitate a public offering.  The Lender will be selected based on overall borrowing cost and terms most favorable to the City, based on the City’s sole discretion.
