There is a program that was implemented in the Faroe Islands that I think may work well in Winter Garden. The Faroe Islands is a country that is not much bigger than Winter Garden. The idea is called Act Belong Commit. They saw the Act Belong Commit program as a great opportunity to reach their whole population with a new and positive focus on mental health.
