Vegetative YARD WASTE must be in a SEPARATE Pile
or it CANNOT be Collected

Vegetative YARD WASTE cannot be picked up if it is combined with household trash or any non-yard debris.

Place your vegetative YARD WASTE (tree branches, plants, logs) in a SEPARATE PILE curbside away from household trash and non-yard/bulk debris so it can be collected.

If you currently have vegetative yard waste mixed with non-yard debris, you must separate the yard waste into its own pile so it can be picked up.

Leaves should be placed in bags curbside. To help speed your pick up, place bags in a separate pile and NOT on top of or mixed with the loose vegetative yard waste pile.
 
Debris collection is taking place seven days a week from 7 am to 7 pm. The separation of debris is mandatory in order to provide streamlined Hurricane Ian Collection Services. For additional information about solid waste collection and storm recovery efforts, please visit the City website.
