School Holiday Camp
Games, sports, arts & crafts, theme days and much, much more!!! A great way to spend the holiday break and make lifelong friends! Winter Garden Parks & Recreation Holiday Camp is an awesome experience for your school aged child. Campers will experience the outdoors, friends and FUN! A qualified, well-trained staff will provide a safe and outstanding break for your child. Campers must bring a packed lunch, snacks and a water bottle to camp every day.

Summer Day Camp Registration
Summer Day Camp 2015 is here! And now, for all previously enrolled families, you can register completely online. Prior to registration, please make sure that all house information is current and up to date. To avoid any registration issues, please verify your camper’s information by April 10th. The first two weeks payment is due by May 15th. Payments not made by May 15th are subject to late charges or cancellation. Camp is offered from June 8 – August 7. Space is extremely limited.

Limited scholarships are available through the Winter Garden Recreation Department. Scholarships are based on the Income Eligibility Guidelines. Applications for scholarship will be available beginning February 16, 2015 and must be returned by April 1, 2015. Scholarships will be awarded on April 3, 2015. To obtain an application please contact the Recreation Office or email recinfo@wintergarden-fl.gov.

Summer Day Camp Counselor-In-Training Program
The Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program is specifically designed to develop the skills needed to be a positive leader and role model in the summer day camp. CIT’s will be given a behind the scenes glimpse at camp planning, policies and administration. Each CIT will be assigned to work with a specific group in the summer day camp, and through hands-on experience, will work side by side with the camp counselors and Camp Director. Using a first follower approach participants will have a chance to explore leadership opportunities in a camp setting, responsibilities involved in working with children and fun team building activities.

Limited space is available. In order to be eligible for this program, interested participants must complete an application and interview. Applications will be available beginning February 16 and must be returned by March 13.
