Improvement and preservation of the City's foundation, its infrastructure, may not always be visible, but is an essentially important element of Winter Garden's tomorrow.

During the Development Review process, residential and commercial site plans are examined thoroughly to ensure the design and construction of new development is in compliance with strict state and local regulations. Onsite inspections of all infrastructure construction and the review, permitting and inspection of all work in the City's right-of-way assures that what is not seen, the underground maze of pipes, drains and utility lines, meets the same high standards as what is visible to the eye. Capital Improvement Projects are managed through the planning, professional selection and construction phases, addressing today's concerns with forethought for the needs of tomorrow.

Through quality management of special construction projects citywide, the Engineering Division of the Public Services Department plays an integral role in Winter Garden's future.
