    It is a dance that is choreographed with sequences of steps that are repeated and a group of people dance in one or more lines, all facing the same direction and performing the steps at the same time. Good exercise and great fun. Music pace is modified for the Active 50+.

    The Learn to Swim Program is designed to teach children, teens, and adults to swim in a positive, fun, and safe environment. Lessons emphasize skill progression, water safety awareness and endurance. To fit your schedule, we are offering morning and evening sessions. Each morning session offers 8 classes and each evening session offers 4 classes.

  3. Junior Lifeguarding: Session 2

    This program helps teens build the knowledge, attitude, and skills that are required to be a responsible future lifeguard. Participants learn skills such as swimming, leadership, rescue response, drowning prevention, professionalism and teamwork. Give your child the opportunity to train as a lifeguard and prepare for their first summer job! Ages: 11 to 15 years Session 1 Monday through Thursday June 10 through June 20, Noon to 2 p.m. June 24 through June 27, Noon to 3 p.m. Session 2 Monday through Thursday July 8 through July 18, Noon to 2 p.m. July 22 through July 25, Noon to 3 p.m.

    The outdoor lap swim program gives adults the chance to take to the water for health and fitness without interruption from other swimmers. Participants who swim 25 miles or more over the summer will receive a free Aqua Exercise Flex Pass for the following summer. Ages: 16 years and older
